CT 320 Floor Planer
The biggest and most aggressive floor planer from CONTEC.
Made for the hardest applications and floors. Heavy duty bearings ensure maintenance and troublefree operation of the machine.
CT 320 is equipped with a variable speed drive unit.
Ergonomically damped handle bars ensure a long, less tiring operation of the floor planer.
The CT 320 floor planer from CONTEC displays a formidable and effortless abrasiveness on the removal of concrete, asphalt, coatings and road markings. Weighing just 250 Kg with a high performance 11 kW motor the CT320 can be deployed in all the jobs where standard road milling machines are too heavy or the job in hand requires a finely milled surface. The CT 320 saves additional time and expense by avoiding unnecessary time consuming plastering methods.
The CT 320 has large carbide cutters with a diameter of 80 mm and work effortlessly through concrete up to a working width of 320 mm. If necessary, the whole process can be dust free - with an easily connectable dust collector. Alternatively, beam flails can effortlessly handle the removal of flexible synthetic coatings, epoxy resin, road markings and asphalt.

NEW in the CONTEC range is the specially manufactured Diamond Tool. The drum core of the CT 320 can be equipped with diamond saw blades. Spacers in between the individual blades allow for variable distances between blades, for example, livestock gangways / farmyard grooving. An increased number of blades ensure a finer profile or the restoration of brush mark structures in worn out or overly smooth concrete surfaces. An integrated water cooling system cools the tools. The drive motor on the back wheel electronically controls the speed thus guiding an optimal and clean cutting result every time.
